The Taurids Meteor shower is peaking this week. The meteors appear to travel from the constellation Taurus. While admiring this area of the night sky see if you can find the star cluster of the Pleiades, a star cluster cluster in Taurus. The brightest stars in the cluster are named after the Seven Sisters of Greek mythology, along with their parents Atlas and Pleione.
